Online LIVE Yoga ~ Nourishing the nervous system.
Gentle & Restorative Yoga
Tuesday nights 8:30pm - 9pm AEST

30 - 40 min minutes of nourishing, gentle, movement, & rest, online via zoom. Nourishing the nervous system, has been created to do just that. 

Gentle Yoga with conscious breath's invite our parasympathetic nervous system to come forward. This invites recovery from the day, and conserves our energy, in order for our beautiful body to function well. 

Restorative Yoga adds another invitation to find stillness, and is a further invitation of nourishment by, replenishing ourselves, and preparing for sleep. 

No Yoga experience is needed. We will be gently moving our body to release tension, and aid circulation, before finding supported stillness and rest.

This is a beautiful experience right before bed, so feel free to practice in your pyjamas, and roll into bed afterwards. 

 

Please bring 2 bed pillows, bolster if you have one, blanket, something to cover your eyes i.e. eye pillow, sock, or hand towel, yoga mat/fitness mat/or soft surface, and water bottle. 

This experience is delivered via Zoom using a phone or laptop etc. If available you may want to use a bluetooth speaker for louder sound, or headphones.

The zoom link will be emailed to you once you purchase a ticket each week.
